Zagara is a Broodmother of the Zerg in StarCraft II: ambitious, feral, and hungry to prove she can rule more than a single brood. Where Abathur perfects genetics, Zagara perfects pressure.
In Heart of the Swarm she begins as a rival claimant on Char, testing Kerrigan's return with waves of aggression. Defeat teaches her loyalty - or at least a sharper understanding of who sits atop the Swarm. Later she becomes Kerrigan's chosen successor in spirit: the broodmother who wants the throne enough to earn it.
Her voice is predatory confidence. Zagara does not philosophize evolution; she demands results, biomass, and enemies reduced to paste. That blunt hunger makes her a perfect counterweight to Kerrigan's tragic complexity.
In co-op she is pure swarm fantasy: Baneling bombs, Scourge nests, drop-pod aggression, and map-wide infestation that turns defense into offense. Games with Zagara feel like being buried under living artillery.
She matters because the Swarm always needs a next queen. Zagara is succession written as teeth and ambition.
